Here are some easy to follow tips on ways to add exercise to your daily routine. These helpful hints can help you burn calories and make for a healthier you!
  • Take the stairs. Whenever you can, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Start out with one or two flights, and see what you can work up to.


  • Park farther away. Instead of circling the lot, park in the back and walk. This is an easy way to get some extra exercise.


  • Take a walk at lunch. Whether you are in a city or a business park, it is not only good exercise, but good for your health to get away from the desk and get some fresh air.


  • Stretch. Take a few minutes to stretch throughout the day. Reach a little further for what you dropped on the ground, or just stretch a little bit before you head out for the day. Stretching is just as important as any exercise.


  • Snack better. Instead of hitting that candy jar at 3pm, keep some almonds at your desk, or have a piece of fruit. This will give you energy for the rest of the day, and won't give you a sugar crash.
